Chain grate hot blast stove This equipment requires the fuel to be less than 25% moisture of the regular small wood blocks, small wood chips, automatic feed through the grate. Labor free. The fuel required for this equipment is dry sawn wood with moisture below 15%. By blowing into the furnace through the air feeding system, the fuel utilization efficiency is high, the combustion is full, and the fuel cost can be saved for the user.
Manual furnace
Usually, the manual furnace is supplied by User and Supplier will provide drawing. It is applicable for clients who want to save investment and the human cost is not high.
Chain type furnace
This equipment requires the fuel of regular wood particles and wood chips with moisture under 25%. The fuel is fed by fire grates automatically and no need labor.
Vertical type furnace
This furnace requires the fuel of dry sawdust with moisture under 15%. Sawdust is blown into furnace by air system. The fuel utilization efficiency is high and the burning is sufficient. This can save fuel cost for users.
